Five sports will be competing at the 2010 World School Games. Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded in each competition. All sports will be played at Gilmour Academy (34001 Cedar Road, Gates Mills, OH 44040)

- Athletic delegation size: min. 8 per sex

- Competition: Singles Only
- Boys only
- Athletic delegation size: 1 – 2 per sex

- Tournament will be played on a hard court playing surface

Swimming
- Boys and girls teams
- Athletic delegation size: 1 – 4 per sex per event
- All athletes permitted to participate in a maximum of 4 events including no more than 3 individual events from the following: 50 Freestyle, 100 Breast Stoke, 100 Back Stroke, 100 Fly, 100 Freestyle, 500 Freestyle, 200 Individual Medley, 400 Medley Relay, 400 Freestyle Relay
