PLEASE NOTE: All housing reservations MUST be made through the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission by May 6, 2011.  Please see dorm and hotel options below. If your team is not registered at one of our Official Cleveland Cavaliers Continental Cup sites, your team WILL NOT be accepted into the tournament.

·                  Incomplete Reservation Forms will be returned for completion.

·                  All credit card information must be completed to confirm the reservation.

·                  Please include phone numbers of where you can be reached at all times.  This number    will be used to distribute all Cleveland Cavaliers Continental Cup Information relating to the tournament.

Dorm Package: 

·                  Six (6) night / seven (7) day accommodations at John Carroll University (two people per room)

·                  Linens included (pillow, sheets, blanket and towels)

·                  Shuttle system to/from fields (**additional transportation is NOT included**)

·                  FREE Internet

Check-In: Tuesday, June 28, beginning at Noon.

Early Arrival: There is no early arrival option for teams/individuals.  Those who choose to arrive early MUST book their rooms at one of our Cleveland Cavaliers Continental Cup hotel sites.

Meals: Breakfast and dinner will be provided.  Meals will start with dinner on June 28 and end with breakfast on July 4.  A lunch option is provided for an additional cost.

Linens: Pillow, sheets, blanket and towels are included in the linen package.

Tournament Shuttle System:  Will run June 30-July 3, 2011.  Transportation will be provided only to those teams who will be staying at John Carroll University.  A shuttle schedule will be given to you upon arrival.  Teams must follow the shuttle schedule.  Any additional transportation needs/requests will be your responsibility and at your own expense. 

Airport Transportation (Arrival/Departure): Team transportation will be provided FROM Cleveland Hopkins International Airport on June 28 and June 29.  Transportation TO Cleveland Hopkins International Airport will be provided on July 4 and July 5.  Individual transportation and departure dates not listed above will be your own responsibility.

Monday, July 4 (Departure): Breakfast, airport transportation

Tuesday, July 5 (Late Departure): Airport transportation 

 

Check-Out: Monday, July 4, no later than Noon.  All keys must be returned at this time.

Dorm Housing Cost: $425 per person

·                  All rooms will be assigned on a first-come / first-serve basis; two (2) people per room.

·                  You MUST fill out the DORM RESERVATION FORM for each team staying in the dorms.

·                  Please list all of the players and coaches/chaperones of the team staying in the dorm.

·                  Any individual who is not listed on the Dorm Reservation Form WILL NOT be admitted into the dormitories.

·                  Please list phone numbers of the coaches/chaperones to be reached AT ALL TIMES.

·                  A $300 refundable housing deposit per team will be charged on your credit card at the registration deadline. This deposit is necessary in the event that there are any damages to the room(s) in which your team is staying. At the conclusion of the tournament, your $300 will be refunded if there is no damage to your room(s).  If damages exceed $300, the additional amount will be charged to your card.

·                  For any cancellations after May 6th, there will be NO REFUND for housing or security deposit.

1.                University Pool (Johnson Natatorium) - open to athletes and coaches staying on-campus only; must show your Continental Cup credential for entry.

          Pool Hours:
               Monday - Friday:     12:00pm to 2:00pm
                                              4:00pm to 8:00pm

                    Saturday & Sunday:     12:00pm to 6:00pm

   2.    Athletic Facility (Rec Center) - open to athletes and coaches staying on-campus only; must show 
           your Continental Cup credential for entry.

   3.    Corbo/Cardio Fitness Room - open to athletes and coaches staying on-campus only; must show
           your Continental Cup credential for entry.

           Fitness Room Hours:
                     Monday - Friday:          6:00am to 8:00pm

                     Saturday & Sunday:    9:00am to 8:00pm

    4.    Computer Terminals (DJ Lombardo Student Center) - open to athletes and coaches staying on-
            campus only.

            Computer Terminal Hours:
                     Monday - Sunday:        6:00am to 11:00pm

    5.    In-Between Cafe (DJ Lombardo Student Center)

            In-Between Cafe Hours:

    6.    Dining Hall (DJ Lombardo Student Center) - open to athletes and coaches staying on-campus
            only; must show your Continental Cup credential for entry.

***  Hotels WILL NOT make reservations directly.  You MUST make all your housing reservations through the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission using the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM.  If your team is not registered at one of our Official Cleveland Cavaliers Continental Cup sites, you WILL NOT be accepted into the Cleveland Cavaliers Continental Cup.  ***
