Greater Cleveland Sports Commission is excited to welcome back the Big Ten Indoor Men's & Women's Track & Field Championships to SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio on February 28-29, 2020.
The nation's top Big Ten athletes will travel from across the country to Northeast Ohio this February to compete for a national championship title. GCSC, SPIRE and the Big Ten have formed a strong partnership by previously hosting this championship for six consecutive years (2013-2018), utilizing SPIRE's world-class athletic facility.
"We're excited to host future Big Ten Track & Field Championships with our valued partners at SPIRE Institute," said David Gilbert, President & CEO of Greater Cleveland Sports Commission. "This event has been well received in Northeast Ohio for the past six years and we can't wait to welcome it back in 2020."
This event is projected to generate $350,000 in economic impact to the region.
