Discover Your Happy

Discover Your Happy presented by Kaulig Giving is a mental health program created by LG and Discovery Education to equip 100 students in 7-12 grades from the Ohio Guidestone program with the skills necessary to reduce stress and create sustainable happiness in their lives.

This six-week program, which launched Jan. 10 at five sties across Cleveland and Columbus, provides science-based tools for educators, students and parents to show youth how happiness can be achieved through learnable skills and practices.

Through weekly 60-minute sessions focused on mindfulness, human connection, positive outlook, purpose, generosity and gratitude youth will discover their happy.

A live celebration of program’s culmination will take place on Saturday, Feb. 26 from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. at Ohio Guidestone locations in Cleveland. 

Discover Your Happy presented by Kaulig Giving is a Greater Cleveland Sports Commission program under the umbrella of Velocity.
