PLEASE NOTE: All housing reservations MUST be made through the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission by May 16th, 2008. If your team is not registered at one of our Official Continental Cup sites, your team WILL NOT be accepted into the Continental Cup.

• Incomplete Reservation Forms will be returned for completion.
• All credit card information must be completed to confirm the reservation.
• Please include phone numbers of where you can be reached at all times.  This number will be used to distribute all Continental Cup Information relating to the tournament.

• IMPORTANT NOTICE: All rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Hotels WILL NOT make reservations directly.  You MUST fill out the Hotel Reservation Form for each team staying in the hotel.  If your team is not registered at one of our Official Continental Cup sites, your team WILL NOT be accepted into the Continental Cup presented by Kelme.  The payment information is required to reserve a block of rooms.  Once you reserve the rooms through the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, the individual sales representative from the hotel will contact you to get individual room payment information and approval.  No charges will be made on the credit card until hotel check-in. However, a one-night fee (plus tax) will be charged for any room cancelled on or after June 30, 2008.
