27th GREATER CLEVELAND SPORTS AWARDS TO BE HELD ON FEB. 3, 2027
Athlete of the Year Nominations Now Open
WHAT:
27th Greater Cleveland Sports Awards presented by Ancora and Minutemen Workforce Solutions is the premier annual fundraiser supporting Greater Cleveland Sports Commission. The event celebrates and honors the athletic achievements of Northeast Ohio, from high school standouts to professional athletes.
This year's celebration introduces a fresh new look inspired by Cleveland's rich sports legacy. The Legacy Behind the Look features an iconic mural by George Vlosich III of GV Art + Design, highlighting legendary athletes, memorable moments, and the enduring passion that defines Cleveland as a sports city.
The evening will begin with red carpet arrivals, a pre-show reception, and networking. Guests can enjoy an open bar, dinner stations, and a high-value silent auction. After the reception, attendees will move to their seats for the awards program, featuring special guest appearances from local and national celebrities. The live awards show will be followed by an after-party with martini and dessert bars and live entertainment.
