CLEVELAND, OH - Greater Cleveland Sports Commission’s Youth Education through Sports (YES) program presented by University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and The Sherwin-Williams Company will host USA Triathlon’s Tri For Change program on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019 at 2:45 p.m. at Cleveland Metroparks Edgewater Park.
This eight-week training program featured 19 local youth who learned the basics of swimming, biking and running at Thurgood Marshall and Estabrook Recreation Centers. Participants not only received an introduction to the three disciplines of triathlon, but also learned about nutrition, positive sportsmanship and sports safety skills.
