2026 NCAA DIVISION I MEN'S WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS
March 19-26, 2026
Greater Cleveland Sports Commission hosted the 2026 NCAA Division I Men’s Wrestling Championships were held in Cleveland on March 19 - 21 at Rocket Arena. With 330 of the best collegiate wrestlers across the country competing in 10 different weight classes, the winner of each double-elimination bracket was crowned a national champion. The final eight competitors in each bracket were honored as All- Americans. While competing individually, athletes also earned points for their schools to be crowned the team national champion.

Event Highlights
In conjunction with the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships, Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, Mid-American Conference, Rocket Arena and Beat the Streets Cleveland hosted a high-energy youth wrestling clinic on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. 130 Cleveland youth wrestlers from Beat the Streets participated in this clinic led by USA Wrestling Athletes & Beat the Streets coaches.
This collaborative event was part of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission’s Youth Education through Sports (YES) program which provides Northeast Ohio's under-resourced youth with experiences that illustrate how sports empower and prepare individuals for success in life.
The LOC (Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, Rocket Arena, Mid-American Conference) is by far the best group we have worked with on any NCAA Championship.
