The 2021 U.S. Masters Swimming Long Course National Championship will welcome over 700 Masters swimmers from around the world to compete Oct. 7–10 at SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio. This event will provide $1.5 million in economic impact to Northeast Ohio. Hosted by Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (GCSC), this U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) event features some of the fastest swimmers in the world, including multiple U.S. Olympians, such as Ashley Whitney, 1996 gold medalist, and Yoshi Oyakawa, 1952 gold medalist.
