Greater Cleveland Sports Commission announced NBA All-Star 2022 provided Northeast Ohio with $141.4 million in direct spending, aiding in achieving $248.9 million in total economic impact.

NBA ALL-STAR 2022 IMPACT


After 25 years, NBA All-Star 2022 will make its great return to Cleveland on February 18-20 to the newly-remodeled Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and surrounding Downtown districts.

Cleveland cannot wait to welcome the NBA's biggest stars along with basketball fans from around the world for one of the biggest weekends in sports, filled with city-wide events including the NBA Crossover Fan Experience, NBA All-Star Celebrity Game, Rising Stars Game, first-ever HBCU Classic, All-Star Saturday Night, all culminating in the 71st installment of the NBA All-Star Game.

Co-hosted by the 2016 World Champion Cleveland Cavaliers, NBA All-Star 2022 will commemorate the league's 75th anniversary of the NBA. The Cavaliers previously hosted NBA All-Star in 1997 when the NBA celebrated its 50th anniversary and featured the unveiling of the 50 greatest players in NBA history.
