Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (GCSC) encourages its followers to share comments, offer critiques, ask questions, and make suggestions. All public comments posted on GCSC social media accounts are the sole responsibility of the commenter. Opinions expressed in such public comments do not reflect official positions of GCSC. 

At its discretion, GCSC reserves the right to review, delete, hide, or report any and all comments. GCSC also has the right to block access to any account from posting to GCSC social media accounts, if it is determined that the comments or accounts in question have engaged in prohibited activities as noted below.  

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:  

• Personal attacks or vulgar, abusive, offensive, threatening or harassing language.  

• Making offensive or harassing statements based on race, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, ancestry, disability, age, sex, or sexual orientation.  

• Posting sexually oriented messages or images.  

• Sharing messages containing defamatory, obscene, offensive, or harassing statements.  

• Sharing a message that discloses personal information without authorization.  

• Posting ethnic, sexual-preference or gender-related slurs and/or jokes. 

• Posting comments that promote or advertise a person or a business or commercial transaction that is unrelated to Greater Cleveland Sports Commission.  

• Multiple postings of the same content.  

• Posting comments that promote or oppose any person campaigning for election to a political office or that promote or oppose any ballot measure.  

• Posting comments or posts that disclose information which the agency and its employees are required to keep confidential by law or administrative rule.
